Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 50 g porridge oats (rolled)
  • 5 g gingergrated
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 200 ml almond milkor substitute for any other milk
  • 1 applegrated
  • 1 orangezest and juice

These overnight oats are packed with punchy flavour - guaranteed to start your day on the right food.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 50 g porridge oats (rolled)
  • 5 g gingergrated
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 200 ml almond milkor substitute for any other milk
  • 1 applegrated
  • 1 orangezest and juice

Add all the ingredients into a bowl apart from the nut butter and put in the fridge overnight

Garnish with apple slices and peanut butter (add extra sweetener like maple syrup if desired)
