Based in Brighton, Jenna is a lecturer at Sussex University, a qualified fitness instructor and health coach, and author of Immunity: The Science of Staying Well.
She is the mother of seven-year-old twins and a keen home cook, creating recipes and rituals inspired by her farm-to-table Scottish roots and her family's Italian heritage.
